Hello people! I am going to be starting a 3-part series on meal planning beginning this Thursday! Each part of the series will include exercises for you to get your meal planning in tip top shape, and hopefully make your life a lot easier and more affordable. I’ve always been a big believer in systems and processes to simplify and make my life easier, especially when it comes to the mundane. Like I say, I plan so I don’t have to think.
Each step I am discussing relies heavily on each other and each is an essential part to my meal planning technique, so make sure you don’t miss any. Here is a breakdown and schedule of what I will be doing:
- Recipe organization for more efficient meal planning– April 28th
- Menu planning & organized grocery lists- May 5th
- Grocery shopping techniques & savings- May 12th
Also, I am going to start doing my weekly posts every Thursday at 9 AM from now on instead of Monday. This is due to the fact that I am lazy at times (large spans of time actually) and have a tendency to procrastinate on my posts every now and again, and I’m not really a fan of spending my weekends trying to cram it all in when that happens. So, start tuning in, or clicking in I suppose, on Thursdays at 9 AM!
